What does “private email” mean here?
A personal mailbox with authenticated access. MIREX does not promise end-to-end encryption, anonymity, or unlimited storage. Hosting limits and capabilities will be confirmed before payment.
Is my preferred address guaranteed available?
The checker shows application reservations. We confirm final availability against existing mailboxes, aliases, and forwarders before payment.
How does payment work?
After approval, we send payment instructions individually. Payments and annual renewals are handled manually. We never collect payment card details here.
Can I use my favorite email app?
Compatible IMAP and SMTP clients can access your mailbox. We provide verified server settings after setup. You can also use Roundcube in your browser.
Do I own the email address?
You subscribe to the right to use the address for 12 months. MIREX retains the domain and address. Renew annually to retain service.
