Requesting cancellation
Submit a cancellation request through your portal assistance form or the contact page. We verify the identity of the requester and confirm the effective cancellation date manually.
Service and address rights
Customers must renew to retain service. On cancellation or expiration, use rights end on the confirmed effective date. Addresses remain MIREX property. Mailbox closure, data access, and retention are handled manually and subject to provider capabilities and applicable law.
Effective date and message export
You may ask for immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of your paid term. We confirm when access will end. Export messages you need before that date. We do not immediately reassign a previously provisioned address. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and applicable law.
