The subscription
The $199 USD fee covers a 12-month subscription for one approved @mirex.com email address. Payment is arranged manually after final availability verification. Service begins only after cleared payment is verified and a mailbox has been provisioned.
Rights to the address
The MIREX domain and email addresses remain the property of MIREX. A subscriber receives a time-limited right to use an approved address during an active subscription; no domain ownership or permanent address ownership is transferred.
Renewals and service limits
Renewals are manual. Customers must renew to retain service. Hosting-provider storage, sending, security, and acceptable-use limits apply. These limits must be confirmed with the customer before payment. No unlimited storage, end-to-end encryption, or anonymity is promised.
Suspension and termination
MIREX may suspend service for abuse or nonpayment subject to these policies, applicable law, and any required notice. Website status changes do not automatically change cPanel mailbox service.
Contact and applicable rights
MIREX can be contacted through the website contact form. We will disclose current mailbox limits before payment. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Material changes to a paid service will be communicated to the customer.
