Information collected
Registration collects first and last name, external contact email, desired address, country, optional telephone, consent version and time, and subscription administration records. The portal stores hashed website passwords. Mailbox passwords and payment card information must never be stored here.
Purposes and access
Data is used to review requests, administer subscriptions, record verified payments, provide support, and send service notices. Administrators have access to operational records. Private notes and payment references are not shown in the customer portal.
Hosting and service providers
Canadian Web Hosting provides website and mailbox infrastructure, including Roundcube webmail. Hosting personnel may have access needed to operate and secure the service. Email is not promised to be end-to-end encrypted. Hosting and support may involve access or storage in more than one country.
Cookies and security
Essential session cookies support authentication and CSRF protection. The application uses no advertising cookies. Rate-limit identifiers use a keyed hash of the connecting IP. Typography is served from local font files; public pages do not load analytics, tracking scripts, or third-party fonts.
Requests and retention
Contact MIREX through the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion. We verify identity and respond according to applicable law. Some records must be retained for accounting, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. See the Data Retention Policy. We do not sell personal information.
