Business records
We retain registration, consent, subscription, payment, support, and audit records only while needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We periodically review records and remove or deidentify information no longer needed, subject to applicable law.
Technical cleanup
The scheduled maintenance job deletes expired rate-limit records and used or expired password tokens after a short operational window. Sent notification bodies are cleared after seven days. Business records and mailbox content are not automatically deleted by the application.
Mailboxes, backups, and address reuse
Mailbox content and hosting backups are managed separately by the hosting provider and administrator. Deletion and address reuse require manual verification and safeguards against exposing previous subscribers’ data.
Your requests
Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion. We verify identity and explain any records we must retain for accounting, security, disputes, or law. We may preserve relevant records while a dispute, investigation, or legal hold remains active.
