Roundcube webmail
Open the verified webmail link and sign in with your full @mirex.com address and mailbox password. Your portal password is different.
Connection settings
IMAP and SMTP hostnames, ports, and transport security are awaiting hosting-provider verification. We will supply the confirmed settings before you connect an app.
Set up your email app
iPhone Mail
In Settings, locate Mail accounts, choose Add Account → Other → Add Mail Account. Enter your name, MIREX address, and mailbox password. Choose IMAP and enter the verified incoming and outgoing settings. Menu names may differ by iOS version.
Android email clients
In an IMAP-compatible app, add a new email account, choose manual setup and IMAP, then enter the verified incoming and outgoing settings. Use your full MIREX address for both usernames.
Microsoft Outlook
Add an account with your MIREX address. If automatic detection fails, choose advanced/manual setup and IMAP, then enter the verified server settings and mailbox password.
Apple Mail
Choose Add Account → Other Mail Account. Enter your MIREX address and mailbox password, then use the verified IMAP and SMTP settings when prompted.
Do not disable certificate checks. Contact support if setup reports a certificate or connection problem.
